If you're having trouble with Intimate Shopping, we're happy to help. Common topics:
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or email you signed up with. Magic-link codes expire after 10 minutes — request a new one if yours has run out.
- Items missing on a new iPhone? Your encryption key syncs via iCloud Keychain, so make sure iCloud Keychain is enabled on both devices and you're signed into the same Apple ID. If you still see nothing, open the iOS app and pull down on the Items tab to force a sync.
- Browser extension not connecting? Open the iOS app, go to Settings → Link Browser Extension, and type the 6-character code into the extension popup. Codes are single-use and expire after 10 minutes.
- Extension sent items but they're not in the app? Foreground the iOS app or pull down on the Items tab to trigger a sync.
- Want to delete your account? Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
