If you're having trouble with Intimate Shopping, we're happy to help. Common topics:
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or email you signed up with. Magic-link codes expire after 5 minutes.
- Recovery phrase not working? Double-check for typos — all 24 words must match exactly. The phrase is case-insensitive.
- Browser extension not connecting? Make sure you've completed the pairing flow from Settings in the iOS app. You'll need the 6-digit code displayed on your phone.
- Want to delete your account? Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
